Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the United States and also to Canada.

We offer SUPER FAST shipping (not delivery - orders will be shipped from our warehouse from 1-2 business days and will be delivered by the carrier within the expected time frame of 1-5 business days).

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for every order of $29 and up (after discounts and promotions). Free shipping will be sent by First Class / Priority Mail / Fedex Ground depends on the weight of the package and only within the USA (excluded Alaska and Hawaii), POB might cost extra charge.

Usually, all orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date the order was shipped but there might be unexpected delays caused by the carrier.

After placing your order, you may log into the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.  At times there may be a delay is tracking information when using PayPal as a payment option.  Estimated shipping times are below by carrier.   Please note if you place your order after 2:00 pm EST or after business hours you should estimate your shipping times based on the next business day (so on Friday you should calculate starting the following Monday).

We use USPS and FedEx as our carriers and since we rely on them there may be some delays here and there that will occur by the carrier. However, we promise to take care of any situation caused and we guarantee that your order will leave our facility same day (if order placed by 2:00pm est) or a day after (if placed after 2:00 pm est).

Shipping rates for all orders that do not qualify for free shipping (under $29) or for special deliveries and services as Second-day or overnight are weight based and will cost extra charge for the service.

Returns Policy

Since our items are food items, return of an opened item is unavailable.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days after receiving your package, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
